Who has never dreamed of a cabin in the middle of nature? Chef Jean Imbert realized this childhood dream in the dunes of the seaside resort of Sables-d’Or-Les-Pins in Brittany.
Designed not to disturb the surrounding landscape.
This 85-square-meter, entirely ecological cabin is naturally insulated thanks to burnt wood panels, heated with solar panels and lit by a skylight in its center. You live here at his place, to the rhythm of the tides. Early wake up in the cabin, harvesting eggs in the henhouse, then head to the Erquy fish market, this is where we find the best lobsters in the region, say Breton! In the afternoon, we face the wind to discover Cap Fré- hel. Reheated and invigorated, we go into the kitchen: what a joy to work vegetable vegetables in permaculture … Local, fresh, organic! We just have to enjoy this little part of the world, suspended in the trees and out of time.
Those who will have the chance to book this perched hut will be offered luxury services. The hosts will be able to discover a neat decoration imagined by Jean Imbert in person but also learn to cook all the products of the garden thanks to the chef’s cookbooks which are offered on arrival.
They will also benefit from a wine cellar, a list of exceptional addresses and restaurants to discover in the surroundings – including the best lobsters in the region -, a concierge service and breakfasts included. .
