A multi-faceted project initiated by the Silencio team in Paris, this new beach house located in Cala Moli hosts a restaurant run by ToShare, a culinary concept created by Jean Imbert in association with Pharrell Williams. To be enjoyed with your feet in the sand of the bay of Cala Moli in Ibiza.
Looking for a place to have lunch with your feet in the water during your next stay on the White Island? Head for El Silencio, the latest project of the Parisian brand created by Arnaud Frisch. In addition to an immersive installation designed by local artist Miranda Makaroff, this multi-faceted place located on the pretty beach of Cala Moli hosts a cocktail bar as well as a restaurant run by ToShare, a culinary concept created by chef Jean Imbert in association with Pharrell Williams. An opportunity to learn a little more about this tempting beach house.
On the menu, a timeless decor with 70’s notes signed by the Balearic architecture studio MOREDESIGN that evokes the golden age of the international party capital. But also gourmet plates that give pride of place to local flavors, starting with the jamon iberico with crispy pita and tomato marmalade, a variation of the famous pan y tomate that is part of the island’s culinary heritage. Not to mention the seasonal verduras with guacamole or beet hummus, the undeniable family gazpacho, or the delicious octopus spiked with pimientos del padron.
“We decided to install ToShare on the beach of El Silencio because their initial desire, when we began to exchange, was to offer a fun, qualitative and colorful food concept”
