It is at Chateau La Coste that Peugeot gives me an appointment to discover the new Peugeot 2008. It is the brand new Peugeot 2008 – the second generation of the small SUV of the French brand.

The design team led by Gilles Vidal has successfully achieved a tour de force to propose an inspired and striking model at the same time. We find at the front the LED stripes of the “lion’s claw” on its headlights as well as the strips of heel style that descends on the edges of the front bumper: A style now established by the brand. At the front and on the sides, the 2008 at more square angles, giving it an even more aggressive stature, while at the rear you have rear lights with triple slash – the black strip between the two lights has become a classic.

This new model is very successful.

Inside, the vehicle is equipped with the latest version of the design of the Peugeot i-Cockpit dashboard, which is dominated by a pair of large infotainment screens, including the central screen with a 3D effect.

As with the 3008, you can specify your 2008 in the GT Line and GT sport versions, which are fitted with 18-inch alloy wheels and LED tail lights. When it comes to the choice of colors, you can opt for this new shade, named Fusion Orange.

As with the launch of the 208, you can also choose between petrol, diesel and an electric model.
The e-2008 electric model is distinguished by its body-colored checkered grille, a sparkling Peugeot badge and a light dusting of “e” badges on the rear and sides of the car. In any case, whether your 2008 is electric, petrol or diesel, you will get a small SUV with a singular style.

These are now the models that top the most popular cars on sale. Offering a high driving position with the practicality and muscular appearance of more traditional all-terrain vehicles – an ideal blend for all families wishing to combine business with pleasure.

So if the idea of a brand new Peugeot 2008 makes you want a new small SUV, this story will be useful.
