In addition to the hotel, the estate has lounges located in the Orangeries of the garden to host seminars, study days or various tailor-made events, numerous terraces overlooking the classified French gardens, a cellar with more than 900 bottles for sale, a modern winery, a fully renovated chapel and a gourmet restaurant where the chef Matthieu Dupuis-Baumal works and honored with the first Michelin star in January 2020.
Since March 2020, the bistro “La Source” has opened its doors to complete the gastronomic offer. This restaurant with a cosy atmosphere will be opened around the spring dating from the 12th century.
The 25 hectares of land also include 17 hectares of vines. Classified as AOP “Coteaux d’Aix en Provence”, all the parcels of the estate are organically grown to respect the quality of a confidential production.
