This unique place is located in the heart of a three hectare park. Villa Magnan’s as confidential as it’s intriguing. Its Art Deco decor skillfully orchestrated by Anne and Jérôme, two art and architecture lovers arrives at preserving the flamboyant past of this house on the Basque coast which once belonged to the Spanish royal family, its history has all the more fascinating.
In the outbuildings, the couple have furnished six bedrooms, simple, beautiful and comfortable, decorated with design objects and incredible bargain pieces. The alchemy is brilliant, mixing old parquet floors, Barragán pink tones, wooden church statue, Art Deco earthenware and signed armchairs (Pierre Paulin, Gaetano Pesce, Claude Lalanne) in large spaces with patinated walls… Magic!

The house is now open to a handful of visitors, all those who want to come and spend a little time there, necessarily curious and daring people. The owners have chosen direct contact with future customers, so no website or booking platforms, just an Instagram account. The request is made only from the single point of contact social network… Interesting!
Imagine having breakfast in the large kitchen of the Villa or on the terrace. You are already tempted by the delicious smells. The cook is cooking a thousand and one good little dishes or cakes. It smells good, like in a real house. In the kitchen there is a turntable, we choose a vinyl by Miles Davis, it is 8 am and the day begins.
