Chablé Sea of Cortez, Mexico
A genuine luxurious waterfront resort is emerging in Baja California, the peninsula to the west of Mexico that stretches into the Pacific. Desertic and renowned for surfing, this vast expanse will host 50 suites spread across 7 hectares in the city of La Paz, each featuring its garden, terrace, and pool. The resort’s amenities will include a grand spa, a luxury event space, a private beach with a seaside pool, and three restaurants.

Montage Cay, Bahamas
In the Bahamas, one can reach the private island of the Abacos archipelago only by boat, docking at the private deep-water marina with 47 berths before reaching one of the 50 suites and residences in this island resort. For surroundings: seven white sandy beaches facing the sea and surrounding cays. An ultra-luxury new hotel that we eagerly anticipate.

One&Only Moonlight Basin, Big Sky, Montana
In addition to its Greek opening on the island of Kea, One&Only plans a ski resort in the mountains of Montana, the first One&Only in the United States. A complex with 92 keys and 62 private residences perfectly integrated into the mountain setting, connected to the Big Sky resort by a dedicated cable car. In the main lodge designed by architect Olson Kundig, 73 rooms and suites, and nearby, the highly regarded Chenot Swiss Spa, combining traditional Chinese healing with Western medicine.

The opening of Casa Lucia, a beautifully restored boutique hotel in Recoleta, Buenos Aires, is imminent. A member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection, the hotel seamlessly blends history and modernity: its majestic entrance, high ceilings, and bright spaces capture the essence of Buenos Aires. Rooms and suites, adorned with warm wood and elegant marble, offer a sense of tranquility in a palette of white and stone. Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos, Mexico
Little information is available yet on the new luxury hotel from the Canadian group in Mexico, except for its modern hacienda style, housing 96 rooms and suites, as well as 61 residences and villas, all with a view of the Sea of Cortez. Once again, Baja California takes the spotlight, with its endless beaches, rich underwater life, and authentic towns. The hotel will also feature a golf course at Cabo Del Sol, a full spa, a swim-friendly beach, and contemporary Latin cuisine by Richard Sandoval, with his pan-Latin steakhouse concept Toro Toro.
